The superfine vertical of the new type crusher consists of a screw feeder,a main unit,a fan,a separator,a cyclone dust collector from a dust bag collector,a piping system and an electrical control system PLC with a frequency conversion and a high configuration.The main unit consists of upper and lower body,grinding roller,grinding table,loading hydraulic system and lifting air distribution channel,main motor,speed reducer,etc.During work,the raw materials are introduced into the main unit evenly and continuously by the screw actuator on the side of the upper part of the main body.Under the action of the centrifugal force caused by the rapidly rotating crushing table,the materials were cast into the inner wall of the grinding table and brought to the action area ofthe grinding rollers and the grinding table.With the hydraulic loading of the grinding rollers and the differential transformer grinding rollers and grinding table,the materials are sprayed after being cut and tightly curled into the action zone.The high pressure,high flow air streams caused by the fan will be combined with the ground powder in the air supply system to a closed cycle to form high concentration groups,and then go to the separator above the main unit to Classify the dust.Fine particles do not fall back on the grinding table and will be crushed again.Micropolvo Qualified pass through the separator with the air currents,and then enters the cyclone dust collector.In the dust collector,the micropelle separated with the air out of the discharge opening for the finished product.In the process air cycle,the small air replacement and light impurity in the finished product will be collected by the bypass dust collector to be converted into low value products.Then a scientific and advanced process was formed.
